In a tweet and on the scene, police stated they have been detaining everybody inside the boundary for the “investigation of against the law.”
“You aren’t free to depart. You need to keep the place you’re and adjust to officers’ lawful orders,” the Portland Police Bureau stated in a tweet.
Adam Costello, a livestream videographer, informed the newspaper that two home windows have been damaged through the early levels of the demonstration. Costello stated which will have prompted police to arrange the perimeter.
