The Director-Common of Ports and Maritime Division Common in Sistan and Baluchestan province Behrouz Aghaei stated the gear consists of two 100-ton coast cranes value $7.5 million, which arrived within the port of Shahid Beheshti in Chabahar within the early hours of this morning.
As he defined, this gear is imported in step with the obligations of an $85-million contract with an Indian funding firm in Chabahar.
He added that the third consignment will arrive in six months.
The first consignment of Indian strategic gear for the event of port actions at Chabahar port in Iran arrived within the port on January 17.
India delivered the batch of its heavy cranes to bolster operations at Chabahar port.
The strategic loading and unloading gear cargo was value $8.5 million and arrived on the southeastern port to mark the activation of the contract between the Ports and Maritime Group (PMO) and the Indian aspect.
