Manila-based port operator Worldwide Container Terminal Companies, Inc. (ICTSI), by its enterprise unit Contecon, working the second specialised container terminal on the Port of Manzanillo in Colima, Mexico, has earmarked $230m to broaden the terminal’s amenities and additional enhance its infrastructure to handle the rising maritime visitors on the port.
