NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Police say a person has been fatally shot in East Harlem.
It occurred at round 11:15 a.m. at 103rd Avenue and Third Avenue.

Police rushed the sufferer to Metropolitan Hospital, however he didn’t survive.
