BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 7. President of
Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree amending the “Checklist of
inspections allowed to be carried out underneath circumstances that pose
a severe risk to the life and well being of individuals, the safety and
financial pursuits of the State, in accordance with the regulation of the
Republic of Azerbaijan “On suspension of inspections within the subject
of entrepreneurship”, Development studies.
In keeping with the order, the next paragraph was added:
“Inspection by the Ministry of Agriculture of compliance with
the related necessities established by the Legal guidelines of the Republic
of Azerbaijan “On Seed Rising”, “On Tea Rising”, “On Breeding
Achievements”, regulating points associated to seeds of agricultural
crops and planting supplies, in addition to choice achievements,
and different legal guidelines of the Republic of Azerbaijan governing relations in
this space.
