(CBS DETROIT) — A Westland man accused of stabbing his spouse has been charged with homicide, in response to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Workplace.
Prosecutors charged William Scott Grant, 49, with one depend of premeditated first-degree homicide, one depend of felony homicide and one depend of torture.
