Finland sees no signal of a Russian army construct up round Kaliningrad and Lithuania of their dispute on transit of EU-sanctioned items. “Russia has taken items from the Kaliningrad space and [nearby] Suwalki space, so they do not actually have a army functionality or presence. We have not seen any adjustments of their posture, so we expect it is extremely unlikely they’d go into any army aggression,” a senior Finnish diplomat stated Thursday.
