Azerbaijani Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree ‘on extra measures for the restoration of broken services and finishing up restore and development work for eliminating injury triggered following the aggression of the Armenian Armed Forces on the territory of Azerbaijan ranging from September 27, 2020’, Development studies.
