A Peterborough man has been arrested on a parole suspension warrant after a home assault incident Saturday afternoon.
In line with the Peterborough Police Service, round 2 p.m. the person and the sufferer turned concerned in a verbal argument. It’s alleged that through the argument the person assaulted the sufferer.
Police say the 32-year-old man is at present a federal inmate with Correctional Providers Canada and is on parole.
Because of the investigation, the accused was arrested on a parole suspension warrant and charged with assault.
He was held in custody and appeared in court docket on Sunday.
