Mansfield City have parted firm with their supervisor Graham Coughlan within the wake of Tuesday night time’s 4-2 defeat at house to Barrow.
Defeat leaves the Stags one place and one level exterior the relegation locations in Sky Guess League Two after 9 video games.
“Sadly, regardless of an overhaul within the taking part in squad through the shut season, and with important backing, we’ve got not acquired the outcomes wanted at this stage of the season,” chairman John Radford and co-chairwoman Carolyn Radford mentioned in an announcement on the membership web site.
“Now we have parted firm amicably and thank Graham for his endeavours and need him each success sooner or later.
“Recent management is now required to show round our season.
“The method for a brand new supervisor is now underway. We will probably be guided by our chief government, David Sharpe, and can take the required time to make sure that we appoint the best supervisor for Mansfield City Soccer Membership.”
Coughlan was appointed Mansfield boss in December 2019, having left Bristol Rovers to take the job.
